We clean each piece of our sets with Seventh Generation professional grade solution before and after each event. During set up of your event all sets are wiped down with Seventh generation disinfecting wipes which will be available to you and your guest during your event.
Currently our soft play rentals are for 3 & under. We will be able to cater to 6 & under in the future. Subscribe to our email list to be informed about new items and age range changes.
Set up time is 1 hour before event start time. Breakdown time is 1 hour after your events end time. We encourage all clients to keep this in mind when selecting event locations.
Yes. additional rental time can be added at the time of booking.
Yes. There is a travel fee starting at $0.75 per mile included on the final Invoice provided at time of inquiry.
You are able to reschedule your event up to 6 months after your initial event date. This reschedule can also be transferred to another person.
Yes. You are able to cancel your event up to 14 days prior to your event date. If you cancel 14 days prior to your event, you will have 6 months to reschedule.
Yes. There is a non-refundable security deposit of $150 of your total rental balance at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 14 days before your event date. Failure to process payment 14 days before your event will result in cancellation of your booking.

Rental time is for 3 hours (does not include set up and breakdown time). Additional rental time can be purchased during booking.
We deliver to Sumner county and surrounding areas. We do not deliver outside of a 50 mile radius. There is a delivery fee included.
We reserve the right to cancel any outdoor event should inclement weather be forecasted or occurs. We encourage all events to have a back up plan in the event inclement weather does not allow for outdoor set up. Please inquire with Outside-In for any additional weather policy information.
We do set up for outdoor events. Please note that all outdoor events require shaded area or a tent. Outside-In can provide a tent for your event and can be included with your booking. Our tent rental is $40. This is to ensure our products remain safe for toddlers to play on during warmer days.
